Four dead in Chitwan as two vehicles collide

Kathmandu: Four persons have died and six others sustained injuries in a road accident.

The road accident occurred at 3:00 a.m. on Friday at Satrakilo along the Narayanghat-Mugling road section in Chitwan district. According to police, the Spokesperson of the District Police Office, Chitwan, Bheshraj Rijal said that the accident happened after two vehicles from opposite directions collided.

Police said Raj Bahadur Gurung (42 years old) of Arughat Rural Municipality and three others died in the accident. However, the identity of three others who died in the accident is not ascertained as yet. Police said the injured ones are receiving treatment in two different hospitals in Bharatpur.
