Hong Kong Sixes: Nepal defeats England by 6 wickets

Kathmandu: Nepal has defeated England by 6 wickets in the Hong Kong International Sixes.

Nepal chased the target of 98 runs in 4.2 overs in Mission Road Ground, Mong Kok on Friday.

Captain Sundeep Jora scored a half-century for Nepal’s victory. Jora contributed a half-century to Nepal’s victory.

Jora scored 50 runs out of 12 balls. He hit 3 boundaries and 6 sixes. Rashid Khan was unbeaten in 21 runs. He hit two boundaries and two sixes.

Lokesh Bam was unbeaten in 20 runs. He hit 1 boundary and 2 sixes for Nepal.

England scored 97 runs in the first innings by losing all wickets in 5.5 overs. Ravi Bapora scored 49 runs and Samit Patel 39 runs for England.

Pratish GC took 3 wickets for Nepal. Bibek Yadav, Lokesh Bam, and Narayan Joshi took 1 wicket each for Nepal. Now, Nepal will compete against Australia on 2nd of November.
