Arrest warrant against Rabi Lamichhane

Kathmandu: An arrest warrant has been issued against Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane.

Kaski District Court permitted police to investigate the allegation in misappropriation of the amount of Pokhara’s Suryadarshan Cooperative.

Kaski SP Shyam Babu Olia and DSP Basanta Sharma went to the court to receive an arrest warrant. After the permission of the court, police are preparing to arrest Lamichhane from Kathmandu and take him to Kaski.

Former DIG Chhabilal Joshi was arrested on September 22 (Asoj 6) for misappropriation of Pokhara’s Surya darshan amount. After the arrest of Joshi the arrest of Lamichhane preparations were made.
