CM Singh inspects under construction building of MDT

Kathmandu: Chief Minister of Madhesh province, Satish Kumar Singh, has inspected the under-construction building of Maithili Development Trust (MDT).

The building of Trust is being constructed on five kathas of land at Janakpurdham sub-metropolis-8 for 70 million rupees of the Madhesh province government.

Trust Chairperson Jibnath Chaudhary, member of Madhesh Province Assembly Ram Saroj Yadav, Vice-President of Nepali Congress, Dhanusha, and Ganesh Jha, among others, were present on the occasion.

The building will have a cultural museum, library, Mithila folk painting training center, art exhibition gallery, and seminar hall, among others. The Trust has already published more than 10 books related to the Maithili language and literature.
