Prime Minister Oli received Tika from his father in Baluwatar Residence on Saturday. First Lady Radhika Shakya has also received Tika.
The auspicious time for receiving and offering Tika was at 11:36 a.m. However, Nepal Panchanga Nirnayak Samiti said that the whole day is auspicious for receiving and offering Tika.
