'Mr. Kathmandu' winner Prakash Rai passes away

Kathmandu: The winner of the 5th Mr Kathmandu Bodybuilding Competition Prakash Rai has passed away due to a heart attack.

Rai (45 years old) was taken to Grande Hospital on Wednesday after he felt uncomfortable. The Hospital source said that Rai died during the treatment process.

Phoenix Fitshala’s Rai won the title of Mr Kathmandu Body Building Competition weight group above 75 kg a few days ago. He is from Belbari, Morang and was staying with his team manager at the hotel.

Police said further process will proceed, after the arrival of Rai’s family.
