CPN(Maoist Centre): Removal of Deputy Speaker is related to Constitutional Council

Kathmandu: The main opposition party CPN (Maoist Centre) has concluded that Deputy Speaker India Rana Magar should not be removed.

Chief Whip Hitraj Pandey said the Parliamentary Party meeting held on Friday, drew conclusion. ‘The way the issue is being raised is wrong, we will oppose the same way that we did yesterday, if any issue related to the removal of the Deputy Speaker comes, ‘ said Chief Whip Pandey.

He admitted to the mistake of Deputy Speaker Rana, but he insisted that the topic raised currently is different. ‘ A person sitting in the position of responsibility should have thought in using letterhead, overall it is not correct the way the question is being raised now.’
