RSP dismisses membership of Dr. Dhakal

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has dismissed the membership of the suspended General Secretary Dr. Mukul Dhakal.

The Central Committee meeting held at the party’s office on Tuesday decided to dismiss the party membership of Dr Dhakal. Dr Dhakal was accused of doing activities against the interest of the party.

RSP repeatedly asked Dr Dhakal for clarification on why the party should not dismiss his membership. The Secretariat and Central Committee Meeting sent a letter to Dr. Dhakal to provide clarification within 24 hours.

Likewise, the Central Committee Meeting suspended Dr. Dhakal from the post of General Secretary, Spokesperson, and Central Member on July 9 (Asar 25).
