Prachanda: Airplane accident caused irreparable loss to nation

Kathmandu: CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairperson and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said he was shocked at the news of the death of 18 people when a Saurya Airlines plane crashed at Tribhuvan International Airport.

Through social site on Wednesday, he expressed condolences on behalf of the CPN (Maoist Centre) and wished for the speedy recovery of the pilot injured in the mishap.

‘This accident has caused serious loss to the nation. The country has lost capable technicians. I draw the serious attention of the government for the effective treatment of the injured pilot and investigation into the plane crash,’ the CPN(Maoist Centre) Chairperson wrote on social site. He also appealed to one and all for patience.
