CAVA U-20 Women Volleyball: Kyrgyzstan defeats Nepal in semifinal

Kathmandu: Nepal has been defeated by Kyrgyzstan in the semifinal of the CAVA U-20 Women Volleyball Championship.

Nepal lost to Kyrgyzstan by 3-0 straight set in the match held in Male, the capital city of the Maldives, last night. In the first set, Nepal witnessed 14-25, in the second, 22-25, and in the third 13-25 points.

Nepal and Kyrgyzstan entered the seminal of the championship after a league round. In the league round, Nepal had lost to Kyrgyzstan with a 3-0 straight set. With this, Nepal will play with the Maldives in a bid for third position on Tuesday.

Similarly, Sri Lanka and Kyrgyzstan will be playing the final match. In the first semifinal, Sri Lanka secured victory over Maldives with a 3-0 straight set.
