Chitra Bahadur KC demands to clarify difference between BRI and MCC

Kathmandu: Rastriya Janmorcha Chairperson and a Member of the Parliament (MP) Chitra Bahadur KC has demanded to clarify the difference between BRI and MCC projects.

Speaking at the special time at the House of Representatives (HoR) on Thursday, Chairperson KC opposed that some leaders were trying to establish the comment that Nepal will sink into debt if BRI is accepted.

He said that Nepali citizens should be aware that to strengthen the MCC project, they are opposing the BRI project in Nepal. He said that the US brought the MCC project to make Nepal against China. He said that BRI and MCC should not be compared together.

KC called MCC a trap of American Imperialism.
