Kathmandu: The major ruling coalition of the CPN (UML) party has proposed the demand of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ to inform about his India visit.
Addressing the House of Representatives on Tuesday, Member of Parliament (MP) Raghuji Panta proposed the demand.
‘It is not enough for the Prime Minister to just brief about his visit in media. He must inform the house regarding all the matters, including bilateral talks, discussed in India. The Prime Minister must inform the parliament, ‘ said MP Panta.
MP Panta said that it was the right of the parliament to know about the visit and the speaker must make a ruling for it. ‘Let’s protect this special parliament right, the Prime Minsiter must come now and inform, ‘said Panta.
Likewise, he questioned about the India-policy of Nepal. He commented about Nepal not being able to make an India policy as the Nepal policy of India was clear.
MP Panta said the problem with India was as it is and must be asked a solution for it.
