Task force Meeting to finalize parliamentary committee's (TOR) inconclusive

Kathmandu: The task force meeting formed to finalize the parliamentary committee’s terms of reference (TOR) has been inconclusive.

CPN (UML) Mahesh Bartaula said that the Nepali Congress (NC) brought a flexible proposal in a task force meeting held on Singhadurbar on Friday. According to Bartaula, NC brought a proposal to mention the names of organizations that are associated with the Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane. But, no agreement has been made on the proposal.

He said they are in the hope that NC would not obstruct the House of Representatives (HoR) meeting on Friday. But if it doesn’t go that way then the government business will not move forward.

Likewise, Bartaula said that the task force meeting may be held at New Baneshwor or Singhadurbar, during the parliament meeting.
