Gagan Thapa: Matter of identity must be handled carefully

Ilam: Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa has said that the matter of identity must be handled carefully.

General Secretary Thapa, who reached Ilam Constituency No. 2 to create an environment of election for NC Candidate Dambar Bahadur Khadka, commented on the subject of identity.

Thapa said, ‘The situation demands a political party which can handle the situation, not fuel the situation. The issue of the identity must be dealt with carefully.’

Previously, he said, ‘One can easily pump up, who does the politics of excitement and agitation. I can deliver a speech full of excitement and persuade people. I can even land in Jhapa to persuade people in the same way. Not only me, but even others can do it. One should carefully move ahead.’

Khadka is the candidate of NC for the by-election from Ilam-2. General Secretary Thapa requested to vote for Khadka.
