NC to obstruct house session

Kathmandu: The Nepali Congress (NC) has decided not to let the house session run, until the formation of the Parliamentary Inquiry  Committee.

The parliamentary party meeting held on Tuesday, decided to obstruct the parliamentary session, until the formation of the parliamentary inquiry committee to investigate Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane, who is accused of being involved in a cooperative fraud case.

After the parliamentary meeting, NC chief whip Ramesh Lekhak said that it decided to obstruct the parliament session until the formation of a parliamentary inquiry committee not formed.

Likewise, NC has been demanding the formation of a parliamentary inquiry committee against Home Minister Lamichhane.
