Chitwan District Court orders to send CPN (Maoist Centre) commander Kham to custody

Kathmandu: District Court Chitwan has ordered to send former CPN (Maoist Centre) commander Kali Bahadur Kham in the custody.
Single bench judge Dayaram Dhakal ordered Kham to keep him in the custody, in murder case of Koteshwor’s businessperson Ramhari Shrestha, on Friday.
Kham was absconding for 15 years. He was arrested from Thamel, Kathamandu on April 2.
Police arrest CPN (Maoist Centre) leader Kali Bahadur Kham
Kham was presented at the court on Friday. The court ordered to send him to prison, after listening statements from both side today.
