Kathmandu: The main opposition party Nepali Congress (NC) has responded that the government was in mental agony of losing the Home Minister.
Speaking at zero hours at the meeting of the parliament on Monday, NC member Pratima Gautam said,’ Government is in mental agony of losing Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane.’
She, reiterating the investigation report, said that the government was ignoring the issue raised by the government, as the reports would find Lamichhane guilty of cooperative fraud.
‘Cooperative victims have started to raise their in social media and social life. Some fraud has systematically committed fraud in the cooperatives. This has resulted in pain for depositors, who deposit small amounts of their daily wages money in cooperatives,’ said Gautam.
Likewise, Gautam said, ‘There is a complaint against Honorable Rabi Lamichhane and some persons. However, the hearing has not taken place. Our attention has been drawn to this issue.’
NC has been demonstrating against Rabi Lamichhane.
