Kathmandu: International Cricket Council (ICC) Chairperson Greg Barclay will come to Nepal.
Chairperson Barclay will arrive in Kathmandu around 4:00 p.m. on Monday, he went to India to watch the final match of the Women’s Premier League. He will stay in Kathmandu for 4 days.
Likewise, during his official visit, he will discuss with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Minister of Finance Barshaman Pun, Minister of Youth and Sport Biraj Bhakta Shrestha, National Sports Council Member Secretary Tanka Lal Ghising, and Officials of Cricket Association.
Chairperson Barclay will discuss with the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) board members and will visit Tribhuvan International Cricket Ground and Mulpani Cricket Ground on Tuesday.
According to CAN, preparations are being made to take Chairperson Barclay on a mountain flight. He will also visit Swayambhu, Patan Durbar Square, and Bouddha Stupa during his stay in Kathmandu.
Similarly, he will return to New Delhi on Thursday. ICC has mentioned that Barclay will return home after attending the Indian Premier League’s opening ceremony on Friday.
