Barshaman Pun: Policies of government would not be changed at fundamental level

Kathmandu: Minister of Finance Barshaman Pun has said that the government would not change the policies but the working style to direct the laziness seen in the economy.  

Addressing RBBL Management Conference-2024’, organized by Rastriya Banijaya Bank on Saturday, Minister Pun gave his commitment that the government was doing the work to create an environment to work in the homeland. He said that discussions were going on the principles and priorities of appropriation bills for the upcoming budget.

‘The policies of the government would not be changed fundamentally. Many laws have been formed based on the Constitution. Based on the laws, different acts, rules, and regulations have been formed. Based on it, our social economic policies have been made,’ said Minister Pun, ‘But the working style might change with the change in the government. The different kind of working style will bring results differently.’
