NUP Chairperson Shrestha: Party dispute would not result in divorce with Resham Chaudhary

Kathmandu: Nagarik Unmukit Party (NUP) Chairperson Ranjita Shrestha (Chaudhary) has said that the party dispute would not lead to divorce with Resham Chaudhary.

During an interaction with the media after giving a vote of confidence to PM Dahal on Wednesday, Chairperson Shrestha admitted to having different votes.

In reply to the queries about having a divorce with Chaudhary, Shrestha said, ‘The duration of the marriage has completed 25 years. If there had to be a divorce, it would have already happened. He has his own opinion, and I have mine. There will be no divorce.’
