Kathmandu: With the approaching Spring Season, the blossoming of Cherry has been enhancing the beauty of Kathmandu valley.

The scientific name of the flower is Prunus Avium. The flower seems to be welcoming the Spring Season.

Cherry flowers have densely bloomed in Bhrikutimandap. The flowers have colored various roads. In the Japanese language, these flowers are named ‘Shakura’, and in the Nepali language ‘Paimyu and Aru’.

Likewise, it is a type of fruit-bearing tree. The beauty of blooming flowers seems like casting a spell over the environment, human beings, and creatures. Its fragrance succeeds in mesmerizing everyone. Even bees and swarms are fond of driving nectar from it.
