Anbukhaireni Jeep accident update: Death toll reaches three

Kathmandu: The death toll has reached three in an accident of a jeep carrying wedding attendees on the interior road in Anbukhaireni rural municipality-1 Giranchaur of Tanahun.
Two persons died and another 16 were injured when the jeep carrying wedding attendees met with the accident on Monday. According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Mohan Bahadur Khand, among the injured, Sher Bahadur Gurung (56 years) of Anbukhaireni rural municipality-6 died while undergoing treatment.

Likewise, Aaspur Guirung (72) of the same place, and Tulasi Gurung, (17) residing in Byas municipality-9, Gajaud breathed their last. Other injured are being treated in Chitwan.
Ward Chair of Anbukhaireni-6, Dilip Gurung said the entire village has plunged into shock following the accident.
