Oli: Seems like third one will be appointed out of 3 shortlisted ones

Kathmandu: CPN (UML) Chairperson K.P. Sharma Oli has accused Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ of appointing an unsuccessful person as the Vice Chancellor of the Tribhuvan University.

Addressing the gathering of the Rastra Sewak Sahakari, Chairperson Oli commented upon the appointment.

‘Qualification of the unsuccessful people, 3 people have been recommended for the designation of T.U.’s VC now. As per my evaluation, I think the third one will be appointed as the V.C. because it is the selection of the unsuccessful person, ‘ said Oli.

The recommendation committee, under the leadership of the Minister of Education, Science and Technology Ashok Rai, has shortlisted Chitra Bahadur Budathoki, Tanka Nath Dhamala, and Keshar Jung Baral for the position.
