Kathmandu: Dairy Development Corporation (DDC) General Manager Sanjeev Jha’s face has been smudged with black soot.

Youth Organization closer wing to Mohan Vaidya led party Revolutionary Communist Party, smudged the face of Jha with black soot in his office on Friday.

The organization said that they smudged black soot in the face of Jha, due to selling milk of 170 million (17 crore) without filing, but spending it for personal purposes, and hesitating to clear dues of 850 million (85 crores) for the purchase of milk from framers, and taking financial advantage in transfer-promotion of employees.

The same youth organization had smudged the face of Uddhav Prasad Rizal, the Director General of the Transport Management Department.
