Transport Management Director General Rizal's face smudged with black soot

Kathmandu: The Director General of the Transport Management Department Uddhav Prasad Rizal’s face has been smudged with black soot.

Mohan Vaidya led CPN Revolutionary Communist Party cadres smudged the face of Rizal with black soot Rizal in the office premises on Monday.

According to a Police source, blue ink was splashed on Rizal’s face. They accused Rizal of irregularities in the distribution of driving licenses.

Police said that they began their investigation in the incident.
