Kathmandu: CPN (UML) Leader Mahesh Basnet has said there is no possibility of coordination with the CPN (Maoist Centre) and CPN (Unified Socialist). Leader Basnet shared his thoughts on the subject while addressing the press conference in Reporter’s Club on Sunday.
Basnet said that Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and Unified Socialist Chairperson Madhav Kumar Nepal were trying to finish the Communist movement. ‘There is no possibility of coordination with Prachanda or Madhav Nepal,’ said Basnet.
Earlier, he said, ‘Our Chairperson has favored Prachanda, who was leading a small party, by expressing commitment to make him the Prime Minister. But, he along with Nepal attempted to finish the Communist Movement.’
Likewise, Basnet said that UML didn’t have any interest to equate for entering the government. ‘There is no validity in bringing the King back. There is no use in bringing Duplicate King back. It is not contextual.’
