NSU introduces Maitighar to Govt. through Photo Exhibition (Photo Feature)

Kathmandu: Nepal Student Union(NSU) has organized a photo exhibition. NSU organized the exhibition as a protest campaign.

NSU held a photo demonstration campaign on Tuesday. The student began their protest as the government was being disobedient and not implementing Article 17 sub-clauses a and b, which guarantees freedom of peaceful assembly without arms to Nepali citizens.

Likewise, during the protest, NSU exhibited photos of previous historical movements. The demonstrators demanded the lifting of the prohibition on demonstrations in Maitighar. They claimed Maitighar was a platform to express people’s voices, just like the parliament being the platform for the government to raise their voice.
