PM Cup: Sudurpaschim bags 4th victory

Kathmandu: Sudurpaschim Province has bagged its fourth victory in the PM Cup National Cricket Tournament.

Sudurpaschim defeated Koshi by 8 runs in T.U. International Cricket Stadium on Wednesday. Sudurpaschim chased the target of 142 runs in 21.1 overs with a loss of 2 wickets.

Naren Bhatta scored 54 runs out of 49 balls hitting 7 boundaries. Prakash Pandey was unbeaten in 34 runs. Firdosh Ansari took 2 wickets for Koshi Province.

In the first innings, Koshi was packed up in 32 overs and scored 123 runs. Minash Thapa scored 26 and Captain Ankit Subedi 22 runs for the team. Sher Malla took 5 and Bikash Aagri took 4 wickets for Sudurpachim.

Similarly, the Nepal Police Club defeated Madhesh Province by 6 wickets at Mulpani Cricket Ground. Tribhuvan Army Club won the match against Lumbini by 65 runs.
