Complaint against Rabi-GB in cooperative department

Kathmandu:  A complaint has been registered against Rastriya Prajatantra Party( RPP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane and Gorkha Media Network Chairperson G.B Rai.

Yuvraj Safal filed a complaint on behalf of Nepal citizens demanding necessary investigation and action against them in case of fraud case.

The petition said, ‘I have submitted this petition to take strict action against officials, directors and Gorkha Media Network Chairperson GB Rai and the then Galaxy Director and Gorkha Media Network  MD Rabi Lamichhane, who were involved in offenses related to cooperatives by dealing outside the Cooperative Act. ‘

The complaint even mentioned carrying out the necessary investigation to arrange the environment to present the copy or original document used to decide while sanctioning the loan, and the loan agreement papers explaining the transactions of loans.
