Police prepare to present Bamjan in Sarlahi District Court

Kathmandu: Police have prepared to present Ram Bahadur Bamjan in the Sarlahi District Court. Police prepared to present Bamjan in Sarlahi as the arrest warrant was issued from Sarlahi.

Earlier, the writ petition was filed against him in Sarlahi, in Rita Bot’s disappearance case. The bot was living in Bamjan’s ashram Halkhoria, Bara. Rita’s mother filed a complaint against Bamjan in 2019 (2075 B.S.).

Police confiscate more than 30 million rupees from Bamjan’s residence

According to a CIB (Centre Investigation Bureau ) source, preparations were going on to take Bamjan to other places, after presenting Bamjan in Sarlahi District Court. Bamjan has been accused of the disappearance of Suresh Kumar Ale Magar(34 years old) from Bara, Karma Tamang ( Nuwakot), Fulmaya Rumba (Makwanpur), Suresh Ale Magar, and Sachman Waiba.

Police arrested Bamjan in charge of murder, kidnap, and rape on Tuesday night.
