Kathmandu: Kathmandu District Court has found National Cricket team member Sandeep Lamichhane guilty in the rape case.
The single bench of Judge Shishir Raj Dhakal gave the verdict of Lamichhane being guilty in the rape case. The Court found the girl as not a minor but Lamichhane initiating the coercion act.
The Court scheduled another hearing to finalize the punishment for Lamichhane. The sentence would be finalized on January 10 (Poush 25).
