Patan High Court orders to release Khand in bail
Khand to be released keeping 30 lakh rupees as bail

Kathmandu: Patan High Court has issued an order to release former Home Minister and Nepali Congress leader Balkrishna Khand on bail.
The court, on Thursday, ordered to release of Khand in the fake Bhutanese refugee scandal.
Judge Krishna Ram Koirala ordered to release of Khand in bail amount of 30 lakh rupees.
Kathmandu District Court decided to keep Khand in prison. But, the High Court overturned the decision to release Khand on bail.
The High Court decided to keep 9 accusers in prison, 6 to be released on bail, and 4 on a simple date at the ongoing fake Bhutanese refugee scandal on 1st December( Mangsir 15).
