Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” has shown commitment to conclude Nepal’s Transitional Justice as soon as possible.
PM Dahal, while addressing the 75th International Human Rights program, said to conclude the process of transitional justice as per the court’s order and International practice.
‘It is too late to conclude the process of transitional justice, ‘ PM Dahal said,’ The process will be concluded based on the order of the Supreme Court, incorporating suggestions and recommendations of National Human Rights and International Standards.’
The government is active in guaranteeing human rights as per the 31 fundamental rights of the Constitution of Nepal. He said that the government was busy with the approval of 41 international treaties, commitments, and conventions related to human rights.
