People’s Response to UML in Resolution March

Kathmandu: The major opposition party CPN (UML) is busy in ‘Jhulaghat-Chiwabhanjyang Resolution March for Prosperity.’

UML began its March from Baitadi on Mangsir 14. The march reached Surkhet after 5 days. CPN (UML) had an interaction program with the people in various places during this period. The leaders said that the people were still on their side.

UML Deputy General Secretary Pradeep Kumar Gyawali said, ‘People are with UML. We doubted people for being angry with UML. But, that is not the case.’ He said that people were confident regarding UML.

‘This Resolution March is not only for UML. We realize that it was of all Nepalis. We are happy, ‘said Gyawali.

Likewise, he said that the people were not happy with the present government. He said, ‘We have interacted with the people. We found that people were not happy with the current government. The public is not hopeful with the present government.’

In response to the question of Nepal’s Views regarding the suggestions of people, he said, ‘People have been showing their support for the agenda of UML. They said the prosperity must be the subject of the nation.’

Youth Federation Chairperson Kshitoz Thebe also said that the majority of people were in favor of UML. ‘We have reached Surkhet. We interacted with a lot of people. On that basis, it has been confirmed that UML has the huge support of people.’
