Kathmandu: Police have arrested Yograj Dhakal ‘Regal’ from Nepalgunj. The Supreme Court issued an order to immediately arrest Regal while giving judgment over the writ of Bharati Sherpa (Manandhar).
The joint bench of Ishwor Prasad Khatiwada, Sapana Pradhan Malla, and Kumar Chudal canceled the amnesty of Regal.
The cabinet had proposed the amnesty of Regal’s life imprisonment to President, on the occasion of Constitution Day.
