Demonstration of Teachers on streets (Photo Feature)

Kathmandu: Teachers from across the nation have come to Kathmandu for their protest against the registration of school education bills at Parliament.

They started their protest after gathering at Maitighar on Wednesday. The demonstration badly affected the vehicular movement towards New Baneshwor going through Singhadurbar, Maitighar, and Thapathali.

Teachers warned to continue their protest unless provisions of the bill were amended. Nepal Teachers Federation’s announcement resulted in the arrival of teachers to Kathmandu from all over the nation.

Teachers from across the nation have arrived in Kathmandu to mark the demonstration announced by the Nepal Teachers Federation. The federation highlighted various provisions from sections 71 to 88 as the bill for amendment. They have been claiming the bill not being as per the previous consent.
