Ukraine destroys 15 Russian missiles overnight

Kathmandu:  The air defense of Ukraine has destroyed 15 out of 18 Russian missiles in Kyiv and Dnipro.

Valeriy Zaluzhnyi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Force, said that the Russian invaders had attacked Ukraine through strategic aviation planes at early dawn on Monday.

The defense said that it destroyed 15 missiles, which the Russian military forces had launched in Ukraine in the past few days. About 34 people were injured in the attack that happened in the eastern city of Pavlohrad.

Ria news agency reported that the defense ministry of Russia had conducted missile strikes in Ukraine. It even added that the force had been advancing in the city of Bakhmut.

Likewise, Russia had also targeted various Ukranian regions overnight. The attack is reported to be the second pre-dawn attack in Ukrainian cities in the recent three days.
