Since the establishment of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), 4 Aarati has been taking place every day.

Kathmandu: The echo of devotion is heard at the ISKCON Radha Krishna Temple, Budhanilkantha, since early morning.

The temple begins to fill with devotees with the start of Darshan Aarati at 7:30 a.m. Some devotees were saluting Lord Krishna, some were praying, some were clapping, and rejoicing in the chanting of Lord Krishna.

Some devotees were swaying to the hymns. Some were silently praying with folded hands. Some were drenched in the Hari Naam Sankirtan singing, ‘Harey Krishna Harey Krishna Krishna Krishna Harey Harey, Harey Rama Harey Rama Rama Rama Harey Harey!”

It was not only Aarati, but it was an expression of inner peace and surrender. Since the establishment of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), 4 Aarati has been taking place every day.

Likewise, there is notable participation of devotees in 7:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Aarati.

Moreover, Aarati with incense stick, Deep, Aarati, and mantras (religious hymns) makes the environment pure. Anyone, who visits the temple, can experience moving a step closer to spiritual upliftment.
