Kathmandu: A normal discussion has begun on the budget amidst the demonstration and sloganeering in parliament.

Maximum chairs in the parliament are empty due to the demonstration of the opposition during Sunday’s parliamentary session.

Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) encircled well, while Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) lawmakers boycotted the parliament session, because of this, the opposition parties’ seats are empty.

A proposal was proposed to discuss in the budget proposed by the Finance Minister, Bishnu Prasad Poudel. The lawmakers are expressing their views on it.
