Kathmandu: Public transportation in most cities across the country has come to a complete halt today.
Due to the protest of the Federation of Nepalese National Transport Entrepreneurs (FNNTE), public transportation has come to a halt. This has a direct and visible impact on the roads.
Compared to other days, there are extremely few vehicles on the roads, and even the main thoroughfares appear almost deserted.
The public is troubled, and this scene of empty roads seems strange and unusual. As seen in the pictures, the busy roads of Kathmandu, which are usually clogged with traffic, are empty today.
