Home Minister Lekhak: No issues in NC CPN (UML) government

Kathmandu: Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak said that the coalition government’s major partners, the Nepali Congress and the CPN (UML), have no issues with the operation of the government.

Speaking at a program organized by the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) at Rajbiraj of Saptari on Thursday, the Home Minister Lekhak made it clear that the NC CPN (UML) partnership won’t be discontinued.

‘It will be further strengthened, instead,’ said Minister Lekhak. He further claimed that the country is advancing to political stability and good governance.

‘The incumbent government has continued with efforts to bring the economy back on track. The remaining works of the peace process are being concluded. Enactment of laws and strengthening of federalism is the top priority of the government,’ said Minister Lekhak.
