Explosions reported in Srinagar just few hours after India-Pakistan Ceasefire

Kathmandu: Reports have emerged of explosions being heard in Srinagar, located in the Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir region, just hours after a ceasefire agreement was reached between India and Pakistan.

Kashmir’s Chief Minister Omar Abdullah expressed concern in a post on X, stating, ‘What the hell just happened to the ceasefire? Explosions heard across Srinagar!!!’

Indian media outlets have reported that Pakistan allegedly initiated attacks less than four hours after the ceasefire came into effect. However, the Government of India has yet to issue an official statement regarding the incident.
