Rabi Lamichhane to be imprisoned

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane will be imprisoned.

Lamichhane, in custody at the District Police Office in Rupandehi, will be imprisoned on Monday. To complete the procedure, he will be presented in the Rupandehi District Court.

According to the District Police Office of Rupandehi, for the completion of the imprisonment procedure, Lamichhane will be presented in Court. After the completion of an important procedure, Lamichhane will be imprisoned.

Likewise, the Tulsipur High Court issued an order to send Lamichhane, who is accused of organising cooperative fraud, into custody.

The joint bench of Judge Ramesh Dhakal and Swekriti Parajuli issued the order to remand Lamichhane on Friday. After that, Police arrested Lamichhane in his residence in Budhanilkantha.
