ANNFSU demonstrates government's removal of Kulman Ghising (Photo Feature)

Kathmandu: A demonstration has been held against removing Kul Man Ghising from the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) Managing Director.

All Nepal National Free Student’s Union (ANNFSU) closer wing of the CPN (Unified Socialist), demonstrated at Bhrikutimandap on Tuesday.

Demonstrators, by chanting slogans in favour of Ghising, burned a dummy of Minister of Energy Deepak Khadka.

A minor clash broke out when police attempted to stop demonstrators.

The government dismissed Ghising from the post of NEA Managing Director on Monday and assigned the responsibility to Hitendra Dev Shakya.
