Gold price soars by Rs 1,100 per tola

Kathmandu: The price of gold has reached the highest point so far.
Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association said the price of the yellow metal, which was Rs 174,100 per tola (11.66 gram) on Monday increased by Rs 1,100 per tola and reached Rs 175,200 on Tuesday.
The price of gold was Rs 174,500 last Friday. Similarly, the price of silver determined at Rs 2,050 per tola.
According to the Federation, the price of gold is 3,012 US Dollars per ounce in the international market today.
