Lamichhane’s Lawyer: No basis to move forward with case

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane’s lawyer has urged the Kathmandu District Cout to release him on the date of attendance.
Former Attorney General Sushil Panta, who is debating on Lamichhane’s behalf at Kathmandu District Court on Wednesday, made such a demand.
Under the single bench of Justice Madhav Prasad Adhikari, Panta said there was no basis for the case of Lamichhane.
