Rabi Lamichhane sent to judicial custody again

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane has been sent to custody again, after his detention hearing case on Swarnalaxmi Cooperative Fraud case couldn’t conclude.

The single bench of Justice Madhav Prasad Adhikari ordered to hand Lamichhane to the Police. Lamichhane on Sunday was also kept in the Kathmandu Valley Police Office’s custody.

The debate of the complainant and the public prosecutor concluded on Monday. However, the debate of defendants couldn’t be held due to lack of time.

Likewise, the detention hearing will be held on Wednesday.
