Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane has been presented to Kathmandu District Court.
Police brought Lamichhane to the court after 10:00 a.m. on Monday.
The detention hearing is going on under bench justice Madhav Prasad Adhikari. There is a possibility that the Court to issue a verdict by today on whether to release Lamichhane on bail or send him to custody.
Likewise, Lamichhane was handed over to the police, after the justice didn’t debate on his detention hearing.
