Rabi Lamichhane detention hearing falls under bench of Justice Adhikari
Lamichhane appeared in court on Sunday, after the charge sheet was filed for misappropriation of funds of Swarnalaxmi Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Kalimati.

Kathmandu: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane’s detention hearing will be held under the bench of Madhav Prasad Adhikari.
According to the Court, Lamichhane’s statement and detention hearing will be held under Kathmandu District Court’s no 6 ranking Justice Adhikari.
Lamichhane appeared in court on Sunday, after the charge sheet was filed for misappropriation of funds of Swarnalaxmi Multi-Purpose Cooperative, Kalimati.

Lamichhane who is also a former Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister appeared in the court at 9:00 a.m.
Following the Kaski District Court’s order, Lamichhane was released on Thursday on bail of 6.5 million rupees.
