Rabi Lamichhane’s statement recording underway

Kathmandu: The statement of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairperson Rabi Lamichhane‘s has begun.

Information Officer Suraj Adhikari said the recording of Lamichhane’s statement began under the single bench of District Judge Nitij Rai.

Likewise, Lamichhane’s recording statement was taken for 3 hours on Thursday. Lamichhane during the recording statement claimed that he was not involved in any crime as mentioned in the charge sheet.

Lamichhane is accused of cooperative fraud, organized crime and money laundering. Case was filed against 44 people including Lamichhane on Sunday. After completion of recording statement, there will be an internal discussion on Lamichhane.
